Dr. Abdullah Bin Saleh Al Naeem
Chairman
Dr. Abdullah brings together a strong record of academic excellence, entrepreneurial leadership, and a long-standing commitment to community development, offering a diverse and purpose-driven perspective to the organisation.
EDUCATION
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Saudi Arabia and two Master’s degrees from Manchester Metropolitan University in the UK: one in Financial Management and another in Advanced Accounting and Financial Risk Management, both awarded with distinction. He also holds a PhD in Political Economic Management, further deepening his expertise in finance, economics and public sector development. Over the past decade, he has founded and led several ventures across key sectors:
▪ Accounting and Financial Consulting – As the founder of EDRAK Global, he oversees financial consultancy operations across five countries.
▪ Real Estate Development – Through Eamar Development UK Group (established in 2013), he has been actively engaged in delivering sustainable and innovative real estate solutions in the UK and internationally. In 2025, Eamar Development (UK) was honoured with the “Best Arabreneur in the UK” award by the House of Lords.
▪ Sports Investment and Social Responsibility – Building on his family’s legacy, he has initiated programmes in Saudi Arabia, the UK and Egypt that leverage the power of sport to promote social cohesion, youth empowerment and community
engagement.
Dr. Sayed Salem
CEO
Dr. Sayed has over 25 years progressive experience across multiple sectors in accounting, audit, tax and advisory. He began his professional career in 1997 with KPMG and went on to hold senior roles with other leading audit firms, including PwC and Mazars. He later assumed senior finance and governance positions with major international organisations such as Qatar Energy, Drake & Scull, and Manchester City F.C. In addition to his corporate roles, he has served as a Governor for several education academies and as a Trustee for a number of charitable organisations in the UK.
His expertise spans audit, advisory, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financial due diligence, and IPO support. Beyond his professional role, he serves as a Board Member, Trustee, and Governor for several organisations and educational institutions in the UK.
